It is President Biden's Birthday today. His Solar Return Ascendant is 1 degree of Aquarius, the same exact spot as the grand Jupiter/Saturn conjunction of December 2020. There was a marked shift in the Presidents abilities as Jupiter, a 12-year cycle, and Saturn, a 30-year cycle, both entered Aquarius, which is Biden's 3rd house. The 3rd house is the ability to perceive and communicate. It is also about mobility and the ability to juggle facts and figures. As soon as Saturn hit Aquarius, Biden grew quite old and fragile. Wherein we find Saturn by transit, is where we must do some work. It is where we are worn down by the weight of the world and often need to reign in our possibilities. And it also brings us our just rewards. Saturn gives us the fruits of our labors, our karma if you will.
And with Biden having 4 planets in Scorpio, in the 12th house, much of his life and his effectiveness has been in the shadows behind closed doors. And now, it is as if the doors of our President's mind are closing in on him. What he still has going for him would be the power of the pen. Were President Biden to actually pen his own words without edit, were the President to begin to tell all the tales of his hidden past through his own telling, then would we see that spark return to his eyes without him having to speak nary a word. And then we might again start to set this country aright.
Unfortunately, those natal planets in Scorpio of his, in the 12th house no less, can really come back to bite him from your past. And he might not even know it is happening. More likely, he would not even know who is doing the biting. There would be many suspects and the President's chart show someone who suspects much.
And get this. The Solar return chart for President Biden has not just the transiting Sun at the exact same zodiacal degree as at birth, as would be expected at each birthday. This year, both transiting Mercury AND Mars are doing the same. By transit, both Mercury and Mars are also at the EXACT SAME zodiacal placements in Scorpio as when Biden was born. Sun, Mercury, and Mars all back in Scorpio and at the exact same degrees of Scorpio in Biden's 12th house. This is Secret Service, spy type of stuff. Nefarious deeds. There is danger in the dark.
I must say, in my 40 plus years of erecting charts and studying transits, I have never come across such a powerful "repeat performance" of one's natal potential and probabilities. Easily, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
I am not fully sure what to make of this trigger, which will be active throughout 2022. There is much danger from hidden, subversive, elements, especially the introduction of toxins and poisons into his environment.
In its worst-case scenario, the 12th house signifies one's self-undoing. It is definitely a place wherein we must face our demons, especially the ones we have needed to hide far from our waking thoughts. This could undo many a strong mind. In Biden's case there is a cosmic lesson of the need to descend into the depths and recesses of the unconscious, overcoming death, and resurrecting oneself to an even higher state of reality.
In its best-case scenario, our President will snap out of his fog this coming year and rise from the ashes of the near-dead and unconscious. The butterfly emerging from the cocoon. Although I do feel in Biden's case, his cocoon is made of some very dense, and not easily escaped material.
All the major planetary transits in Biden's chart happen near the bottom of his chart, with Uranus entering the 6th, and Neptune on the Nadir. This is someone who needs to be out of the public eye, not in it. Not anymore. This is someone who does his best work from the shadows. 2022 will be shining a big bright light into Biden's closet and we are likely not going to be very comfortable by what is found.
